Out-Of-Network Options

If you choose an optician who is not part of the VSP Programme, you will receive:

• A set allowance that can be used toward eye exams, glasses, contacts and/or laser surgery
• You will not receive any discounts
• Payment is required at time of service
• Members must submit claims within 180 days for reimbursement
