Yes, you may choose any optometrist or optician. You will enjoy greater savings and value if you choose a VSP Programme provider. VSP providers offer discounts to all VSP members. Plus, VSP providers will submit your claim for you so you don't have to pay upfront or submit your own claim. If you choose a non-VSP provider, you must pay at the time of service and submit a claim online for reimbursement.
