Login/Registration FAQs

You must have previously registered for an online account to login. To register you will need Client ID (this is the unique ID supplied to your employer) your full name and date of birth. If you have already registered, you may login with your user name (this may be your e-mail address) and password.

We ask you to register for an account to protect your private information. When you register, you can access your personal information that’s stored in the secure areas of our site.

You will need your Client ID (provided by your benefits administrator) along with the member's name and date of birth.

You can register as soon as we've processed your enrolment. In the meantime, ask your benefit administrator for your programme details.

Your family member who is the primary subscriber will need to register and login to allow you to see your programme details. Another option is for them to provide you with their user name and password, so you can access your information yourself.
