On 1 May 2020, VSP announced it is halting new vision benefits offerings in all international markets, including the UK.


What this means for you as a VSP Programme provider:

  • We will continue to support our VSP Programme providers in the UK through 2022.

  • Though we ceased to write new business, we will continue to service existing client contracts.

  • Please continue to provide services to eligible VSP members - we will continue to pay claims.

  • It is business as usual to administer care, check member eligibility, submit claims, etc.

  • If you have any questions, please contact our VSP Programme provider support team at UKprovider@vsp.com.

What this means for VSP members:

  • VSP members continue to be eligible for service according to their vision care programme.
